PRIVACY STATEMENT

This Privacy Policy explains how Bon Centuri collects and uses your personal information. It also describes your rights to us and how you can assert your rights. By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy and our processing of your personal information. SECTION 1 – HOW WE COLLECT INFORMATION AND WHAT WE DO WITH IT

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us, such as your name, address and email address. When contacting our customer support we do also collect personal data related to your inquiry for us to be able to properly help you. In all of these cases we only collect and save data for as long as it is necessary to fulfill our agreement of your purchase. For every specific process of personal data we collect from you, we will inform you whether the provision of personal data is statutory or required to enter a contract and whether it is an obligation to provide the personal data and possible consequences if you choose not to. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. The cookies may collect session information such as pages viewed, session duration, transactions made and demographics such as location, gender and age.

With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

HOW DO WE GET YOUR CONSENT?

SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. We will never save your personal data any longer than is necessary for each purpose. See more about the specific storage periods for each purpose

PAYMENT

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

SECTION 5 - THIRD PARTY SERVICES

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. In cases where it is necessary for us to offer our services, we share your personal data with companies that are so-called data processors for us. A data processor is a company that processes the information on our behalf and according to our instructions. We have personal information assistants who help us with:

  2. Payment solutions (short-term companies, banks and other payment service providers).
